The private spa next to the villa is for you and your party only. The hot tub and sauna are open all year, the heated pool from June to October.

The private spa beside the villa is used only by you and your guests. The hot tub and sauna run all year round, and in winter the gathering moves under the covered terrace, to the barbecue and the peka.

A hot tub, 365 days a year

The outdoor hot tub sits on the terrace next to the spa building. It is heated all year, so it is just as good on a summer evening after an excursion as in winter with snow all around.

In the evening it is lit, and above you is a sky free of city lights.

Sauna and heated winter garden

The glass-walled spa building houses the sauna, a heated winter garden with loungers and a bathroom with a shower. Through the large windows you look out over the garden and nature, whatever the weather.

Best of all after a winter walk: the sauna, then a lounger in the warm winter garden, looking out at the snow.

After a hike on Velebit, a sauna and a shower restore your energy for the next day.

Heated 8 × 4 m pool

The rectangular pool with gently rounded corners is open from June to October. It is heated, so you can swim even when summer mornings in Lika are cool. Around it are sun loungers, parasols, a lounge set and an outdoor shower.

The pool is cleaned by a robot, and the pool rules are available under For guests.

Barbecue and peka under the covered terrace

In winter the gathering moves under the covered terrace. The stone barbecue and the peka bell work all winter long, firewood is stacked beside the hearth, and the long table seats the whole party while the snow falls outside.

When there is snow, the garden becomes your playground: sledging, a snowball fight and a snowman, then back into the warmth — to the fire, the hot tub and the sauna.
